I.General description of the Site

Claxson is a media company whose activities are displayed in online, mobile and television entertainment services. On the site you will find links to entertainment sites from Claxson and from other companies. By following the links and leaving the Site, these Terms and Conditions no longer apply and users should read carefully the terms and conditions of the website they visit.

II. Intellectual Property and Copyright

Claxson is the owner or licensee of intellectual, industrial and/or copyright property over the designs, photographs, text, trademarks, graphics, images, videos, software, music, sounds and other existing content on the Site ("Claxson Content").

III. Processing of Personal Data Users

Users may contact Claxson emailing. Please note that the data Users provide will be included in the database of consultants Claxson. The purpose of this database is to have a base interested in products and services of Claxson.

Likewise, those who wish to join Claxson may send an email. The data provided here will be included in a database of applicants for Claxson.

Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties or used for purposes other than those discussed above.

Users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, update and removal by writing or email to the address detailed above. Users have the power to exercise the right of access, rectification, blocking or deletion of personal data that have been supplied to the site personally or through a third party.

To exercise any of these rights, User must send an email to [email protected] detailing his name, ID number, application and reasons for exercising his right. Once completed the previously detailed extremes and, if appropriate to grant the request, Claxson will inform the user within 5 working days of receipt of the application if proceeded to lead to the same or rejects the request.

NATIONAL ADDRESS OF PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA, Control Agency from Law No. 25,326, has the authority to address complaints and demands that are placed with respect to the breach of the rules on personal data protection.

IV. Cancellation

Claxson has the right to terminate with or without cause, any content at any time without notice. Claxson does not incur any liability whatsoever for the cancellation.

V. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Terms and Conditions hereto shall be interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Argentina, excluding any conflict of laws rules.

All disputes arising out of or in connection with this Term and Conditions shall be finally settled by the ordinary courts of the City of Buenos Aires, waiving any other jurisdiction.

VI. Notifications

For all legal, judicial and extra judicial effects, Claxson constitutes its legal domicile at the address expressed in the heading of the Terms and Conditions, where all notices referring to the use of the Site shall be valid.

VII. Severability

If any provision of this Terms and Conditions is found to be void, invalid or unenforceable under mandatory laws of a particular jurisdiction, such provision will not affect any other provision of the document herein. Consequently, the Terms and Conditions shall be modified to the extent necessary to give effect to the other provisions of this degree.

VIII. Modification

CLAXSON reserves the right to modify, supplement or replace this Terms and Conditions, in any moment and without prior notice. If any modification occurs, it will be published in the Site and if the Users persist in the use of the Site after the posting of the modifications, then they have implicitly accepted the new Terms and Conditions. Users have the obligation to visit the Agreement to control if there have been any modifications.
